Walk up to the door of any available property marked on the map and press E to open the property menu. Choose Buy if it is for sale.

You can own one warehouse, one personal home, and one crew home at a time. Police cannot enter properties. If cops are too close, some actions stay blocked until they leave.

Personal homes and warehouses can have many owners of the same listing, each with their own interior. Crew homes stay unique.

You can sell your property to the market from the property menu with Sell to market. Storage must be empty first. The sale price is lower than what you paid.

For crew homes, other crews can make offers. The crew owner or someone with Property Management can accept or deny those offers from the same menu.

Warehouses are for storage. Each item has a stash cap based on how much you can carry. Larger warehouses hold more than small ones, and warehouses hold much more than homes.

Press E at the Storage marker inside to put items in or take them out. Police gear cannot go in property storage.

Personal homes store items and have a laptop for heist planning. Cheap, standard, and luxury listings differ in look and stash size.

In Settings, then Gameplay, you can spawn at your owned personal home after you log in.

Crew homes can store items and plan heists. Each listing has one crew owner. You need a crew, and Property Management, to buy or run one.

You can make an offer on an owned crew home from its property menu. The owner or a property manager accepts or denies it.

If someone is home, Knock from the door menu. Knock only shows who is inside right now.

Inside, the owner (or a crew manager) can Let in knockers and Kick out guests. Guests leave when the owner leaves, or when the last crew member leaves a crew home.

Press E at the laptop in a personal or crew home. Only the owner or a crew property manager can use it. It opens TER (The Eggplant Registry) for heist planning.

Guests in the property can watch the screen. Stocks and Mistake are on the phone, not on home laptops. Close the laptop with X on keyboard or Y on controller.
