Find a Payphone and open the call menu. Choose Black Market (Trades) to open the board.

You need a minimum level. Pacifists and police cannot use the Black Market.

Post a listing for illegal, stolen, or fenceable goods (plus some street gear). Your item is held until it sells, you cancel, or the listing expires.

You can keep a few listings up at once. Listings do not last forever, so check back if something sits too long.

When someone buys, cash is held and both sides get a Meet Spot on GPS. Show up, wait for the other party, then press E to handshake and settle.

Sellers pay a settle fee from the payout. Too many cops nearby can cancel the deal. Lay low and try again later.
